Immobilized is a status ailment in the Paper Mario series.

In the first Paper Mario, Immobilized is an uncommon status effect. It could be inflicted by the Stop Watch or Time Out. While Immobilized, the victim is unable to move for several turns.

This status effect reappeared in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. This time it could be inflicted with the Stop Watch and Clock Out; the latter of which could affect either enemies, Mario and his partner, or even the Audience. It has a 50% chance of working on bosses or stronger enemies.

This ailment once again appears in Paper Mario: Sticker Star. It can be inflicted by several different stickers and other objects. In this game, the "Immobilized" status ailment can be referred to as "Tacked", "Clipped"', "Stopped", "Frozen", "Soggy", or "Crumpled" (during which, Crumpled and Soggy victims will receive double damage).
