Real Smoothie.
Real Smoothie is an 8-player minigame in Mario Party 7. The two players are in a smoothie factory and have to make smoothies. They stand before a machine the shoots up either oranges to make the orange smoothies or strawberries to make the strawberry smoothies. The player on the left has to grab the oranges and the player on the right grabs the strawberries; they will automatically throw the fruit into the smoothie machine once they are grabbed. If a player grabs the wrong fruit, production is stopped for a very brief moment. The team who throws the most fruit into the machine once time runs out are the winners.

The players that make the most smoothies have their factory continue to run while the other three factories are shut down.
Trivia
- The minigame is a pun on the saying; "Real smooth."
