Transparent

Do U know how to make images transparent? PikaSamus (talk)

Re: Hiding Koopa (51)

Well, SWFlash I have checked that spot over and over and didn't find a koopa. It appears to be the round-ish outline of the cloud. I also know for a fact that I didn't hide one there. But nice job anyway, you're pretty observant.  General bob-omb

Woah, woah, woah...

How did you get this really high-quality N64 screenshot???   Mariomario64! 08:59, 29 June 2011 (EDT)
What emulator, exactly?   Mariomario64! 09:10, 29 June 2011 (EDT)
Will it also work with Project64?   Mariomario64! 09:14, 29 June 2011 (EDT)

Re:Not official

I know the site is official but on the bottom of the box art it reads, "Not Official Box Art" in capital letters.--UM3000

Impressed

Hey SWFlash! I'm impressed with your userpage and your images that you upload. How do you get them so clear? Anyway, you wanna be friends?  Supremo

Screenshots

  • Looks like you've been able to upload even larger game screenshots now. My computer monitor's limit is 1600x900, so the best quality widescreen screenshots that I can upload are 1280x720.   M&SG (talk) 13:57, 2 July 2011 (EDT)
  • Unfortunately, my computer is Windows 7, and it doesn't let me do custom size resolutions. 1600x900 is the maximum size that it supports.   M&SG (talk) 15:58, 2 July 2011 (EDT)
  • I don't have any GPU active, nor do I think that I have any alternates installed.   M&SG (talk) 08:37, 3 July 2011 (EDT)
  • I've been using the "Print Screen" command, and pasting the screenshots onto The GIMP. I then cropped the images so that only the screenshots are visible.   M&SG (talk) 08:46, 3 July 2011 (EDT)
  • Yeah I'm terribly sorry that I can't understand what you were talking to me about.   M&SG (talk) 15:32, 3 July 2011 (EDT)
  • I looked back at the guides that you gave me. The adapter that I have is ATI Radeon 3000 Graphics. Unfortunately, NVIDIA is not an option that I have. I'm still looking into this though.   M&SG (talk) 15:46, 3 July 2011 (EDT)
    • Okay, I've been able to get a screenshot in full screen form, but its size is only 1600x900; r7561 doesn't give you the option to customize full screen dimensions. I did update one of my uploaded Mario Sports Mix images with the larger image; File:RosterComplete-MarioSportsMix.png.   M&SG (talk) 16:09, 3 July 2011 (EDT)
    • I actually had the 3x Native setting active while taking that new screenshot. Doesn't change the fact that even with that setting, I could only get a 1600x900 screenshot.   M&SG (talk) 17:28, 3 July 2011 (EDT)
  • What version of the Dolphin Emulator are you using now? I'm using that 3x Native Internal Resolution, but I'm still getting a 1280x720 screenshot.   M&SG (talk) 15:36, 6 July 2011 (EDT)
  • I figured out the problem for why the Internal Resolution wasn't working. I had to enable the auto window size. However, I still can't go over the 1600x900 size.   M&SG (talk) 16:34, 6 July 2011 (EDT)
  • I did try out r7669, but that version has texture issues with Mario Super Sluggers. Fortunately, r7561 can properly emulate that game; how else would I be able to upload those dumped textures here?!   M&SG (talk) 16:34, 6 July 2011 (EDT)
  • Just out of curiosity, is your computer capable of having a 2560x1440 resolution? It has to be that, or else you couldn't get this image with such a huge resolution.   M&SG (talk) 17:14, 6 July 2011 (EDT)
  • It's too bad that PAL users don't have access to Mario Super Sluggers. Anyway, like I said before, my computer can't go higher than 1600x900, so I'm pretty much stuck with the 1024x768 (4:3) and/or 1280x720 (16:9) screenshots.   M&SG (talk) 18:29, 6 July 2011 (EDT)

Categorizing images

Just a little reminder, please remember to category image to game title it's presented to, e.g. [[Category:New Super Mario Bros. Wii Images]].

Emulator question?

Do you have other games on your Emulator or do you just have Mario games on it?  Yoshidude99

Cool! Where are you in Sonic Unleashed?  Yoshidude99

If you use a Wii Remote with it flick it up. That's what I do on the Wii version.  Yoshidude99

I beat the game onlt a few weeks ago. Where are you in Luigi's Mansion?  Yoshidude99

I have beat the game. Yoshidude99

PI Template

Please stop putting the Personal Image template on a whole bunch of images I upload. Just because they don't link to any pages apart from my userpage doesn't automatically make them PIs. SKmaric (talk)

Re: Gradient

Oops, you caught me! If we have the {{radius}} template, why not a gradient? And thanks for adding the horizontal option, I was looking for that to finish it. ¢oincollctor rsitem209.png
