Pac-Man Series
Pac-Man Vs.
Pac-Man Vs. is the first game in which characters from the Mario series, and Pac-Man series both appeared. This game was a remake of the original Pac-Man, however in this version of the game players controlled Blinky, Pinky, Inky and Clyde. It seems that during the events of this game Mario was watching over what happened- as he acts as the narrator.
Mario Kart Series
Mario Kart Arcade GP
Pac-Man later appeared in the Mario series as a playable character in Mario Kart Arcade GP, in 2006. Here, Pac-Man was an all-around type character who shares a rivalry with Mario. His special items were Pooka, Rally-X, and Galaga.
Mario Kart Arcade GP 2
In 2007's Mario Kart Arcade GP 2 Pac-Man returned as a playable character. He was the same as he was in Mario Kart Arcade GP, but this time his wife Ms. Pac-Man also appeared as a playable character. The two games are the only arcade installations of the Mario Kart series.

- In small leaflets celebrating to 20th Aniversary of the Mario Series, there were pictures of Box Art from several recent Mario games decorating the edge, oddly Art Work of the NES Classics version of Pac-Man was also on there (this was the only Non-Mario game featured).
- Shigeru Miyamoto has often stated that Pac-Man is his favorite game character of all time[1].
