The {{tem|welcome}} template you edited affected other user talk pages that had the code <tt><nowiki>{{Welcome}}</nowiki></tt> in the edit box - it removed that message entirely whereever it was included. To remove it from ''just your talk page'', you should have removed the line <tt><nowiki>{{Welcome}}</nowiki></tt> from the edit box of User talk:Lord Crump, or this page. Blanking pages intentionally is considered vandalism on the wiki, so I warned you, but I now see that it was entirely accidental, so:
