Isn't Iggy one of the few ''Super Princess Peach'' Koopalings where we have a pretty good idea of the intended assembly, though? [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cDvkMnewQPo&t=578s Here] is the test room with Iggy in his idle animation, and [https://randomhoohaas.flyingomelette.com/shr/spp/lwarp.html here] is a better picture of it with the fog disabled. The "taller" shading looks a bit rougher, so I think they were at least going to go with a shorter Iggy before abandoning the Koopalings. :I suppose, but with the fogless one being a still image that's still not too much to go off of. His mouth also appears to be lolling open the entire time there as well, so it doesn't seem complete.
