:I think if there's internal data that backs up the name used, it's worth looking into, but I do know he only stated to me that Swirlypod and Trompette were official, because those are the two I asked about. It's possible something else mentioned in the article was officially sourced from Nintendo as well, but there's really no direct way of knowing without asking further and I think [[Wow Bud]] is a clear example of not everything being official. When it comes to stuff like "Topple Rock" or "Downpour Cloud", if they're backed up by internal sources, I think it may very well be worth arguing in favor of using those, it's just a bit up in the air and when it comes to things like "Snake-like Bill" where it appears more conjectural than anything they shouldn't be used unless there's some sort of official confirmation. I ''could'' try asking again for further clarification on some of the other names, though I'd be a bit worried about bothering him unnecessarily, so if I did so I'd want to get a full list together of things to ask about.
