:Depends on what the naming situation for the BiS item is in other languages. I sincerely doubt the minor quest item in PiT is the same as the giant healing item in BiS. The one in BiS has a regular Mushroom's appearance and restores Bowser's health by 50% which is most likely why it's called Mushroom in BiS's remake whereas the Refreshroom in PiT has a unique appearance and is used to cure Toadsworth's Shroomshock.
