Moogles are part of the Square Enix Final Fantasy series. In fact, Moogles have appeared in almost all Final Fantasy games, and became the series' mascot. However, this Moogle appeared in Mario Hoops 3 on 3, a game developed by Square-Enix. The other Final Fantasy characters in Mario Hoops are Ninja, Black Mage, White Mage, and Cactuar.
Moogle is unlocked by getting a Silver in Star Cup in Normal Mode.
