The Green is a major part of the Mario Golf series. The Green of the course is where the Pin, Flag, and Hole are located. The Green is usually surrounded by a Fringe and further out by Fairway, Rough, or Bunkers. In order to complete the course, the player must get the golf ball in the hole; depending on the amount of strokes it takes to get the ball in the hole, can tell a person what score they will get. Golfers can only use putters to strike the ball while on the green.
Trivia
- In the Star Tournament, the Green is replaced with Tournament Green, making gameplay much harder.
- The location of the hole always changes on the green.
