The game starts with 8 players divided into 2 groups of 4. First, 1 group faces in a minigame with 1st and 2nd moving and on 3rd and 4th are eliminated. This is repeated with the 2nd group. Then, the last 4 face off in a minigame with 1st and 2nd moving on again with 3rd and 4th being eliminated. Gameplay Minigame Tournament a free-for-all mode in Mario Party 10 for 1-8 players. The game starts with 8 players divided into 2 groups of 4. First, 1 group faces in a minigame with 1st and 2nd moving and on 3rd and 4th are eliminated. This is repeated with the 2nd group. Then, the last 4 face off in a minigame with 1st and 2nd moving on again with 3rd and 4th being eliminated.
