Super Mario World

Super Mario World, a featured article, was nominated to be unfeatured at 04:28, 8 August 2014 (EDT). If the nomination does not pass by 08:28, 7 October 2014, it will be considered failed.

Remove Featured Article Status

  1. Ninelevendo (talk) It's a fairly good article compared to some, but it still isn't that great either. It's outdated some of the info looked like it didn't follow the new articles policy. (Why is the intro of the GBA game there?) The items section has really flowery writing, (Turns him into Caped Mario?) and looks more like a guide than a wiki article. The world section is also bland, it's just a list of the worlds when it could be so much better. (Look here for example) Then the trivia is also too big, provided I did just slap the template there. The enemies and character section could also be much better and use more images.
  2. Vommack (talk) Per Ninelevendo. It's a fairly strong article, but there are still some glaring flaws.
  3. Mario (talk) The animated images need to be replaced, the story section sucks, the Yoshi section can be organized much better, the regional differences section is messy, and the critical reception section is disappointingly small, especially for such a "great" game.

  1. Vommack (talk) The vote doesn't address the issues that have been brought up; if anything, it claims that the flowery writing in the items section is something to be desired.
  2. Mario (talk) Fails to refute points made for unfeaturing the article and provides no useful commentary in general.

Altough Lakitu is a better article than this. He at least doesn't have a section saying: "Lakitu grabs this to become clouded Lakitu" - Ninelevendo's Sig Image 16:56, 8 August 2014 (EDT)
