Minh T. is a flower lover near the post office in Toad Town in Paper Mario. Her garden has an archway in the middle that makes the door to Flower Fields. She'll tell you about the four Magical Seeds you'll need to find throughout the game. When you find a seed you can give it to her or wait until you have all four, then give them to her. Though you only need to talk to her a couple times and isn't that much of a major character, she's the only way to get into Flower Fields.
