Why should we instantly assume that Mario also lives in the Rank D Mansion from [[Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon]]? in the intro and ending we can only see that Luigi lives there, and there is nothing that seems to connect or suggest Mario also living there. | |||
It's most likely that the house from LM: Dark Moon is Luigi's own house, and he lives there alone. Besides, at the end of the first Luigi's Mansion game, it says "E.Gadd built LUIGI a new home" and "Welcome to LUIGI's NEW Mansion". It does not say "E.Gadd built the brothers a new home" or "E.Gadd built Luigi and Mario a new home". It very clearly specifies Luigi, and it is strongly evidenced and suggested in-game (both of them) that Luigi lives in that house alone, and that it is his house. | |||
As for where Mario lives, he probably just lives in the brothers' old house or at princess peach's castle alone, but that doesn't matter. | |||

Why is this called "Mario's Pad"? it was never implied that it was called that, even if it was in SMRPG, PM clealry had a different house >.> ~ ...Uniju said this... :P
- Mario's Pad and Mario's House actually seem to be the same place, but you're right that most recent names should be used. I guess this should be moved to Mario's House, then. YELLOWYOSHI398
