Well Luigis mansion has a globe of Earth, Mario Party 7 has boards that are real places on Earth (Pyrimid park) In Paper Mario it is rerferred as earth, same with Super Mario Sunshine. Plus when has it stated they are different? Anyway there is the moon whoch is probaly the same moon.
