In Paper Mario after defeating Lava Piranha on Lavalava Island, Mt. Lavalava will erupt. During the cut-scene you'll see a chest blown out. Find the chest on an island in Jade Jungle and open it, inside is the Volcano Vase. Give the vase to Kolorado in Yoshi's Village, and he'll exchange it for a Magical Seed.
