Revives a single bro with 999 HP and 999 BP.
The 1-Up Super is a stronger variant of the 1-Up Mushroom that revives one of the Mario Bros. With full health. It is slightly similar to the Life Shroom. In later games, it is renamed 1-Up Deluxe.
