It may move differently depending on the stage and its sence of gravity. R.O.B. can charge it up and use it like [[Samus Aran|Samus]]' [[Charge Shot]]. To use it once charged, the player will his press down special attack button when they want to fire it. Once R.O.B. shoots it, the gyromite remains in the game for a while. R.O.B. or other characters can pick it back up and use it as a weapon or throw it again. Until a fired gyromite disappears, you can't shoot out another one.
