An Emergency Ration is a recipe that Dyllis can prepare in Super Paper Mario. It is made from mixing a Shroom Shake and a Fire Burst(both bought in the store found in Flipside). Although Emergency Rations only heal ten HP under most circumstances, when used in either the Flipside or Flopside Pit of 100 Trials, an Emergency Ration will heal fifty HP, making it an ideal and yet easy to make item for the Pit(s) of 100 trials.
