As for me, [BobombFuses], I believe Mini-Shy Guys were made by real Shy Guys or Donkey Kong. | |||

The Mini-Shy Guys are living Shy Guy toys appearing in Mario vs. Donkey Kong and Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis.
They will just move from left to right; however, if a Mini-Mario or Mario himself touches them, the character will be defeated. Mario can pick them up and throw them as weapons (ala Super Mario Bros. 2), and the Mini-Marios can also ride them.
It is unknown if the Mario Toy Company created these toys, but most likely they did not (as they appear to be foes of Mario). They have windup corks behind them, though.
