Mr. Moon is an undefeated enemy which appeared in Wario Land 3. He only appears in nighttime flying around and shooting Wario with electric beams to turn him into an Electric Wario. His first appearance was in The Vast Plain.
Mr. Moon's appearance is based on that of an anthropomorphic moon. He shares this trait with Twila from Mario Party 6. Another character modeled after the sun is Mr. Shine from the Kirby series.
