The Empty Wallet is a special item found in Paper Mario. In the events, Koopa Koot was shopping in Koopa's Shop in the Koopa Village. He said that the wallet is near to the House that a Koopa Troopa listens his radio in front of his house, he is sure that he had the wallet when passing by the house that the Koopa Troopa listens to the radio; but then forgot it on the way home.
