Fling Poles are tall blue springs topped by an orange sphere that appear in the Bowser's Fury campaign of Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury. They function similarly to Poles and Volbonans when Mario captures them in Super Mario Odyssey, allowing him to propel himself forwards a great distance. By climbing the blue spring of the Fling Pole to reach the top, Mario will perform a handstand, similarly to when he climbs poles and trees. From the top, the player can pull
