Spinias are green creatures made of thin, papery discs in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. They commonly appear in Rogueport Sewers alongside their later-found spiked version called Spanias. As their name suggests, they and their attacks are derived from "spinner". Spinias and Spanias are also found in the Pit of 100 Trials, which also features the very powerful Spunias. Two Spinias also appear in Chapter 3 where they help make up the Destructors, a Glitz Pit team who served as a replacement for Bandy Andy who had "retired". However, The Destructors exit the rankings when Bandy Andy comes back and takes their place.

Spinias are creatures made of thin, papery discs in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Since they usually appear in groups the Multibounce Badge or Quake Hammer move will come in handy.

Interestingly, the games programming reveals what could possibly be another Spinia sub-species; even more surprising is that this Spinia-like creature was supposedly going to be an ally of Luigi.

*Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Doors data reveals what could possibly be another Spinia variant (seemingly a hamburger-themed one); this Spinia-like creature was supposedly going to be an ally of Luigi, as its sprite could be found next to those of Luigi's other partners.

*Tattle: That's a Spinia.  A totally weird creature made of thin, papery boards. It certainly looks unique.  Nobody knows much about these creatures, actually. Its attacks are super-swift, but it should be pretty easy.  Just give it a "Hee-YAAA!"

*Tattle Log: A Spinia with spines on its head. If you stomp on it, you'll take damage. For whatever reasons, it looks really peeved.
*Tattle: That's a Spania.  A Spinia with spikes on its head.  It looks meaner, too. So, sorta the same as a Spinia. You oughta watch out for the spikes on its head, but otherwise, just whale on it. I gotta be honest, though, the way that thing spins makes me wanna yack.

*Tattle: That's a Spunia.  Its body is made up of springy discs. It may not look like much, but it's pretty tough. It won't come at you with anything too weird, so just hang in there, OK?
