The ''Mario'' and ''WarioWare'' settings have all sorts of interesting species, and 5-Volt's abilities of teleportation, astral projection, and general spookiness seem to allude to her being at least partially some kind of demon. As that's not outright stated, perhaps a simple "unknown" would be a better answer to this question?
