'''Dark Headbonk Goombas''' are stronger versions of [[Headbonk Goomba]]s in the game ''[[Super Paper Mario]]''. They look exactly like regular [[Dark Goomba]]s, only they attack with [[Headbonk]]s. They are only found in room 95 of the [[Flopside Pit of 100 Trials]].

The Dark Headbonk Goomba's Catch card is one of the only instances where text was changed between the North American and PAL region versions of the game. The NA version reads "''They look like Dark Goombas, but they bonk!''", but because "bonk" is a British slang term for sexual intercourse, the line was changed to "''They look like Dark Goombas, but they're not!''" in the PAL region. The other notable script change in ''Super Paper Mario'' was also due to the fact that an innocuous word in North America ("shag", referring to Luigi's moustache) had sexual connotations in the English region.
