Unlike the previous three bosses of the game, Biokinton does not resemble any lesser enemies, although his aeriform disguise makes him resemble a Lakitu's Cloud. Biokinton appears in the Super Mario Land manga, depicted as the less threatening boss. Mario crashes Tatanga and Princess Daisy's wedding, the alien then sends out Biokinton, who releases the Chickens onto Mario, but they do nothing to him. Furious, Tatanga takes off with the Pagosu and shoots at Mario, killing Biokinton in the process.
