In this article there is an image of the Golden Apple before Peach eats it however I have been replaying Super Paper Mario and the Golden Apple never appears without a bite mark where Peach ate it. Is this an unused sprite? If so it should be put into trivia with a note about how this version is unused in the game files or is it a custom sprite that has gone unnoticed if so it should be deleted. Uneaten Golden Apple???
In this article there is an image of the Golden Apple before Peach eats it however I have been replaying Super Paper Mario and the Golden Apple never appears without a bite mark where Peach ate it. - I concur it definitely doesn't appear in normal gameplay, though I think before we assume it's fanmade we should find out if it is somewhere in the game's files. The Cutting Room Floor may be a good start.
