Flowers[1][2] are objects in Super Mario Galaxy 2. These flowers usually appear in levels where Mario or Luigi finds Yoshi, who uses them. Yoshi can use his tongue to grab a flower and swing from it. He can use many flowers in a row to reach higher areas. To use a flower, the player must point at one with the cursor from the Wii Remote and then press the B Button button, so Yoshi attaches his tongue to the flower and swings from it. After swinging from a flower, Yoshi can flutter-jump.
