Pirate World is a large area seen in The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! episode "Pirates of Koopa".
Very little of Pirate World is actually shown, with only a sea by the name of Pirate Waters, and a port known as Pirate's Port in it. As its name would imply, Pirate World is inhabited by a variety of pirates, some of which, like Captain Clump, are actually good instead of criminals.
