The Coinado is an item from Mario Party: Star Rush. Like the Fling Spring, this item can be placed on the board in a similar manner to orbs and hexes from previous Mario Party games. The only times it appears on the board is when a player places it and during the cut screen when a player lands on the space. The rest of the time, it is invisible. After the player lands on this space. The coinado twirls the player around and takes five coins away. The five coins go to the player who placed it, even if they are the same player that landed on it. If a player doesn't have at least 5 coins, all of the coins are taken away. Once a player lands on this, it goes away.

The Coinado is an item from Mario Party: Star Rush. Like the Fling Spring, this item can be placed on the board in a similar manner to orbs and hexes from previous Mario Party games. After being placed, the Coinado is invisible to all other players until a player lands on this space, which can include the player who placed it. Whoever lands on it is spun and loses five coins to the player who placed it.

The Coinado returns in Super Mario Party, as an item the player can use directly on an opponent rather than a stage hazard. It also has the chance of stealing up to ten coins instead.
