Toad's tent

Toad's tent[1] (known as a "shop" in the manual)[2] is a game mechanic and location in Mario Pinball Land. It is run by the character Toad and is similar to an Item Shop. Mario has to run into Toad to enter and buy something. After he does, or simply leaves, the tent vanishes until Mario comes to the area again.
