Template:Species-infobox A Paper Macho Paratroopa, also referred to as Paper Macho Koopa Paratroopa as a Collectible Treasure, is an enemy in Paper Mario: The Origami King, a type of Paper Macho Soldier. After the yellow streamer is destroyed and the sun over the desert is restored, one Paper Macho Paratroopa appears in Scorching Sandpaper East, and two appear in Scorching Sandpaper Desert.

A Paper Macho Paratroopa attacks by getting into its shell and diving toward Mario after noticing him. This gives Mario the opportunity to hammer the King Olly sticker on its shell as soon as it touches the ground, making it vulnerable to his next attacks. Upon losing its sticker, it also loses its wings and attacks like a regular Paper Macho Koopa Troopa. Mario is then able to hammer the Paper Macho Paratroopa each time it retracts from its shell to damage and eventually defeat it.

A Paper Macho Paratroopa is fought in the fifth stage of Scuffle Island, titled Feathered Fury. This Paper Macho Paratroopa has three stickers on the front of his shell, and each must be hammered off before Mario can deal any real damage. Once all of its stickers are torn off, the Paper Macho Paratroopa starts attacking by curling into his shell and ramming around the battlefield, in a similar manner to a Paper Macho Koopa Troopa. Defeating it is worth 3,000 coins - 300 coins upon further defeats.
