They meet in the basement of Horror Condo (which is located in the Horror Area of Shroom City) where they discuss the sci-fi series Toad Force V. To join the club and earn a Gaddget, the Player must retrieve a Toad Force V action figure from Junk, Shroom City's item shop. Once this is done, the fan club gives the Player the Gaddget, Poochy Pal.
