Template:Minigame-infobox Super Mario Bros. is 9-Volt's boss stage microgame in WarioWare: Twisted! It is set in the game of the same name. The microgame reappears in WarioWare Gold as 18-Volt's boss microgame.

Gameplay

The player must get Mario to the end-of-level castle while avoiding Goombas and Koopa Troopas. Hitting a ? Block releases a Super Mushroom, which turns Small Mario into Super Mario. As with the original game, the Flagpole awards more points (up to 5,000) the higher Mario grabs it. Also, clearing the stage with 1, 3, or 6 at the end of the timer results in the bonus fireworks.

  • Level 1: World 1-1 (above-ground), with few enemies and pits. The WarioWare Gold version added a bottomless pit.
  • Level 2: World 1-2 (underground), with more enemies and pits. The WarioWare Gold version added Piranha Plants.
  • Level 3: World 1-3 (castle), with many enemies and pits. The WarioWare Gold version added Piranha Plants and Lava Bubbles.
