The Omega-onion is a key item featured in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.'s Journey. It is an ingredient required to make Skeletone Formula:D, along with the Giga-carrot and Ever Ice.
After obtaining a sample of the Giga-carrot, Bowser Jr., Kamek, Morton, and Iggy head for Cavi Cape in search of the Omega-onion. Shortly after Iggy goes missing and his Clown Car is found, Morton locates the onion, which is in the possession of an Oho Jee, who plans to eat it and get energy.
