Wafers are collectibles that replace coins in most phases of the Atari 2600 version of Mario Bros. Like the coins, they appear out of the pipes after Mario or Luigi defeats an enemy and move along the ground. Each wafer grants 800 points when collected. The bonus phases feature coins in place of wafers.
