Gameplay
The game's purpose is to perform a shoulder exercise using two dumbbells. If done so, the game is won. In WarioWare Gold, Wario is the exerciser.
The player starts off the game with 6 seconds.
WarioWare: Twisted!
- 1st level difficulty: Lift the dumbbells 3 times.
- 2nd level difficulty: Lift the dumbbells 5 times.
- 3rd level difficulty: Lift the dumbbells 7 times.
WarioWare Gold
- 1st level difficulty: Lift the dumbbells 3 times.
- 2nd level difficulty: Lift the dumbbells 4 times.
- 3rd level difficulty: Lift the dumbbells 5 times.
