:True, however YoshiStar28 was evading a ban. If we did not block users who evaded bans the punishments for ban-worthy actions would be worthless, and if we did not ban sockpuppets than proposals would be filled with people voting multiple times. If you have any questions or concerns about how and why users are blocked, you should contact an [[MarioWiki:Administrators|Admin]] and if you want a change in that system then you can ask them to bring it up internally.
