#NinteXboxONE It was the first ever Mario game to be played on a mobile device.
#MegaYarnPoochy Out of context, this vote may seem odd, but I believe the article has drastically approved over the past week to fit all 11 criteria to become a featured article. All the enemies, items, and obstacles have images of reasonably high quality (and I'll try and fix up a few of the lower-quality ones), the level selection list is colorful and full of images, pretty much every section was re-written to thoroughly explain the game, there's a section detailing all the updates, there's no improvement tags, and there's not a single red link anywhere on the page. I'm not expecting to change this entire thing around in 2 days, but I would urge you to reconsider your vote.
#Astro-LanceurPer NinteXBOX.
#Baby Luigi Thank you so much for your contributions to the article, I really, really appreciate it and I'm happy all the problems I had with it are fixed. I sadly don't think we can change this around in two days but I'll throw my support behind the nomination regardless.
#TheFlameChomp Per all.
#Owencrazyboy9 Per all. Maybe it could be featured in the next few months. Who knows?
#Alex95 - Just from a quick glance, I can tell how much this article has improved since its nomination, so voting to support.
#YoshiFlutterJump Per all.
#DKPetey99 This article looks on par to a lot of other FAs. Per all
#LuigiMaster123 Article was heavily improved. Per all.
#Yoshi the SSM Per all.
#Toadette the Achiever Per all.

#Owencrazyboy9 If that's the reason the article deserves to be featured, I'm gonna say no. Featured articles are for well-written, shining examples of articles on the wiki, not nominating it because it's your favourite game for example.
<del>#Toadette the Achiever Yeah, it's just a fan vote at worst.</del>
#Toadette the Achiever Yeah, it's just a fan vote at worst.

#Baby Luigi I'm going to assume that this nomination was up because the author thinks it's actually a quality article and not because he hasn't read the rules at all and I'll jump in and provide feedback on what could be improved. For starters, the game modes section is missing very vital information. There's no Kingdom Builder and no World Tour descriptions at all. Some information and vital features such as the user's ability to insert their own music is omitted as well, and I haven't even played the game to notice that. The obstacles and Item and Objects section is just a list of items with no images nor description of them, forcing users to possibly sift through links to find the item they're actually looking for. The levels section under World Tour is just a simple list of levels when it could be better organized and presented (see how other Featured Articles list their levels, such as Donkey Kong Country and Mario Party: Star Rush. With a game additionally receiving constant updates, it would benefit the article to have an Update history section similar to how Mario Kart 8 does i.

#YoshiFlutterJump This does not qualify for featuring, and your vote is flawed anyways.  Fan votes are not permitted.  This is almost as ridiculous as this.  Maybe this qualifies for BJAODN as well!

#Lcrossmk8 Since everyone seems to be voting for this side, and since all the evidence seems to support this side, I am gonna vote here, thank you very much. Per all. By the way, a featured article is an article that can potentially be featured on the main page, and it doesn't have to do with how accessible it is on the main wiki, right?

#LuigiMaster123 Per all. That is far from a good enough reason for this article to be featured.

#Yoshi the SSM Given the time period, I don't think I can get this featured article ready in the given time. But, I will see what I can do. Although I am working on SMMFN3DS articles as well.
<s>#LuigiMaster123 Per all. That is far from a good enough reason for this article to be featured.</s>
#MeritC Although the article itself almost looks like something that would meet FA criteria, I still have to agree with the oppose majority and say no as well. The reasoning from the person nominating this article is without a doubt illegitimate since it's not talking about the article content presentation itself and should automatically disqualify this nomination itself.

::Well hey, I already added a patch notes section. The Yoshi's Island level select looks really good; I could probably look at doing something like that tomorrow. As for the objects list, I'm not sure where to find images for them, considering the best ones to get in-game are tiny in-game sprites. Would we just use NSMBWii/U/2 assets in that case, like ? 05:02, 14 January 2018 (EST)

:::i'd prefer not to use in-game artwork for other games if they're not used here. the tiny, in-game pictures of those items are your best bet, they're good enough to illustrate the enemies 13:53, 14 January 2018 (EST)

@Astro-Lanceur: Did you just "per" a fanvote?  According to the rules for FA votes, fan votes are banned. - 19:51, 14 January 2018 (EST)
<s>Since there are no more supporters, shouldn't the nomination be deleted?</s> - 19:59, 14 January 2018 (EST)
:<s>Another thing: should we put this in BJAODN?  I mean, we did it with the nomination I linked to.</s> - 23:22, 14 January 2018 (EST)
I have an idea.  Why don't we contact all the opposers on their talk pages and tell them the nomination has changed?  We can only hope that all opposers are still active, though....  Or, maybe we could ask a sysop to extend it. - 14:22, 20 January 2018 (EST)
:Well the process to remove votes is going along smoothly. The nomination should pass by tomorrow. 17:55, 20 January 2018 (EST)
Minor issue: the "Objects" section should really be split into separate "Items" and "objects" sections. Coins aren't turning into objects anytime soon. 22:55, 23 January 2018 (EST)
