Tobawani (トバワニ[1]) are enemies in the game Wario Land 4. They resemble green alligators with orange scuba tanks and snorkeling masks. These enemies reside in bodies of water and can be very aggressive. They will attack Wario by leaping out of the water and biting him with their sharp teeth. The only level in which Tobawani appears is the Monsoon Jungle. There are two ways to defeat a Tobawani: the first one is dashing into its belly when it falls into the water; the second one is using a Smash Attack (powered) from above, after it falls back to water and begin rushing away. Both methods require the player to firstly lure a Tobawani to jump out of the water. Tobawani usually travel in pairs or greater.
