Zess T., the chef.
Zess T. is grumpy chef in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door who resides in Rogueport.
Mario first runs into her searching for her lost Contact Lens; but Mario steps on the lens and destroys it. Until Mario buys her a new lens, she will not let him into the West Side of Rogueport. Mario buys her new contact lens, but it seems she still carries a grudge calling him 'Stompy'. Later she is able to cook improved food items out of other, regular items.
Her cooking is limited to one item at a time until you get the Maitre Delish cookbook from the Creepy Steeple. To give the cookbook to Zess T., Mario must complete the "Seeking Legendary Book!" trouble.
