Spinias are creatures made of thin, papery discs in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Since they usually appear in groups the Multibounce Badge or Quake Hammer move will come in handy.

Interestingly, the games programming reveals what could possibly be another Spinia sub-species; even more surprising is that this Spinia-like creature was supposedly going to be an ally of Luigi.

Stats and Tattle Information

Spinia

  • HP: 3

  • Defense: 0
  • Location: Rogueport Sewers, Pit of 100 Trials, Glitzville (In Chapter 3 only, appears as The Destructors after The Hand-It-Overs leave the roster)
  • Tattle Number: 47
  • Tattle Log: A strange creature made of thin, papery boards. Still a completely mysterious species.
  • Tattle: That's a Spinia. A totally weird creature made of thin, papery boards. It certainly looks unique. Nobody knows much about these creatures, actually. Its attacks are super-swift, but it should be pretty easy. Just give it a "Hee-YAAA!"

Trivia

  • The name Spinia derives from Spin, the creature's trademark action, and a corruption of ya, a slang form of you.
