In Paper Mario, it can be bought from Merlow, or found in Flower Fields by throwing a Blue Berry into a well, causing an unknown entity to throw the badge back up (if anything else is thrown in, an enemy will be tossed back out). In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, it can be found in a hidden room in Creepy Steeple, bought from Dazzle, or dropped by Crazy Dayzees and Amazy Dayzees. If equipped, all moves will cost 1 FP less, but will never cost less than 1 FP.
