The Sparky Sticker is an item in Mario Party 4, and was Waluigi's favorite item. The item is a sticker with the image of an Amp on it. The item is used by placing the sticker on a space. Any character stepping on the sticker would get shocked, causing him or her to lose ten coins, as well as any effects of a Mini Mushroom or Mega Mushroom.

The placement method for the Sparky Sticker would later be used in the following three Mario Party games (5, 6, and 7), where characters can throw/place orbs on spaces and characters that touch (and/or pass through in Mario Party 6 and 7's case) will feel the effects of that orb.
