In the original version, the player must press {{button|SNES|Y}} to make Kiddy [[Roll Attack|roll]] onto a body of water, and just before he hits the water, the player must press {{button|SNES|B}}, which causes Kiddy to bounce. Kiddy can bounce twice in a row, with the second one being higher than the first. In the [[Game Boy Advance]] version, the player must press {{button|GBA|B}} to roll and then {{button|GBA|A}} to bounce on the water.
