Turret Tusk is the first Tusk boss fought in the game Donkey Kong Jungle Beat. Turret Tusk is the ruler of the Apple Kingdom and serves as the kingdom's boss. According to his Super Smash Bros. Brawl trophy, he is actually quite stupid.

[edit] Donkey Kong Jungle Beat
In Donkey Kong Jungle Beat is the boss of the Apple Kingdom. After Donkey Kong manages to traverse the wilds of the Apple Kingdom, he arrives at a small partially forested canyon where the massive Turret Tusk is enshrined and upon seeing the battle-ready Kong, Turret Tusk will activate and engage the Kong in battle. Turret Tusk attacks Donkey Kong by spitting cannonballs at him, luckily Donkey Kong can clog up his cannon/trunk with the explosive Pineapples nearby which will cause him slight damage and knock him out briefly and while in this state his heart will become exposed, from there Donkey Kong must throw numerous pineapple bombs at the heart until he deals enough damage, afterwards Turret Tusk will get back on his feet and the cycle repeats. After a quick battle Donkey Kong defeats the mechanical Turret Tusk. After defeating him, Turret Tusk will break down and fall apart.

In this remake of Donkey Kong Jungle Beat for the Wii, Turret Tusk returns once again with the exact same role as in the original game.

A boss enshrined upon a cliff in the Apple Kingdom. This creature gathers its breath and launches bombs from its nose. The trick is to throw pineapple-shaped bombs into its nose when it's inhaling to blow it up from the inside. For all its austerity, the Turret Tusk is actually quite stupid.

- In Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Turret Tusk's character model is not actually used for his trophy, instead Grave Tusk's character model is the one used for it. This may have been an error on the game designers' part.
