The objective is to steer the RC car all the way to the finish line without getting caught by the baby chasing it. If the car hits an obstacle, the player does not lose, but the baby trying to run over the car gets closer to them. Players can tap the horn button on the remote to honk, which does not affect gameplay.

*'''1st level difficulty:''' The first half of the course consists of ten barricades extending from the left and right side. After the halfway point, the car enters a winding, narrow path with four stationary, block-like obstacles throughout. The final portion before the finish line features a horizontally moving obstacle on each side of the course.

The car then enters a winding, narrow path with three more obstacles. The final portion features the same two moving obstacles from the previous level as well as another that moves back and forth across the course.

The car then enters an even narrower winding path. The final portion now features two of the obstacles that move across the course between two small walls.
