One is animated and another is static.
Support if you want Megadardery's version or Oppose if you want YoshiKong's version

Date Withdrawn: December 9, 2012
Support[edit]
- Megadardery (talk) Animated image is better showing every place of the floor
Oppose[edit]
- YoshiKong (talk) Wow... I didn't see a TPP coming. Well I guess I will vote for my version of the game rip. It's better quality. See the full size version of Dardery's; It's too up-scaled and blurry.
Comments[edit]
It wasn't really necessary to make a TPP. YoshiKong (talk) 07:11, 8 December 2012 (EST)
- Yeah, this is massive overkill. Please delete the TPP and just continue discussing the matter informally: minor decisions like this do not need community approval and it is NOT what TPPs are supposed to be used for - it's what {{talk}} is meant for. If we blew up every little decision into a proposal, nothing would get done in a timely manner. I'm actually having a hard time resisting the urge to simply delete this TPP myself right here and now... - Walkazo 12:45, 8 December 2012 (EST)
- Should i just delete it or should i mark it with {{SettledTPP}} Megadardery (talk)
Which image to keep?[edit]
Shouldn't be deleted
- Not good recolor back
- Bot very good "Bowser"'s enter location there is a cut-way
- A cut-way between Rec Room and the rest of the castle
- The basement stairs isn't previewed
- What you are naming are differences, not flaws. Compare the two images. I made the "cut-way" between the two rooms on each side, because if there was no cut-way the room on the right would overlap with the blue room. Plus mine is better quality and the actual size of the game rip.
- Shokora (talk · edits) 18:25, 7 December 2012 (EST)
- Ok at least reupload it without the cutway between bowser and the rest of the castle and it will be very good.
No, I wish to keep the PNG quality. Sorry, I misunderstood. The thing is, I don't want the white shading to be covered on the left before the Bowser corridor. That's part of the map, and I want the maps to be true to the game. If I connected the two objects, the white shading wouldn't look nice. And I don't want to cover it up either so no.

What about my new uploaded image?
- It's okay, but the upscaled size puts me off. It should be the original size of the game rip, like mine. Or is that the way it is seen in the .dat folder? What kind of program are you using to obtain the files?
I did crop it but i will not crop it if you like.
- I'm using "TileMolester"
- I don't mean crop, I mean the resolution. See, your file is much larger than mine. Therefore it is more blurry.
How many frames does my image contain? if they are 2 then there is a problem with your browser. if they are 3 just tell me.
- I see three frames. One with just the Boo Corridor stairs, one with main room and Bowser trap door corridor and the other with the rec room added on.
Okay, so have we come to a decision? I think we should wait until we get some input from another user.

- On the one hand, being able to see what's under the main part of the floor is handy, but the animation is a bit distracting and it's inconsistent with the other floor plans. Maybe it would be best if a new version of the static image could be made, which would have the three steps in this version displayed all at once (i.e. at the top it has the hallway, below that the hallway plus the main part of the floor, and the bottom section of the image has the main hallway plus the extra rooms, including the Bowser corridor). - Walkazo 09:24, 9 December 2012 (EST)
I could probably make something like that with the high-quality rip, but as long as the map doesn't get too large – it should be simple. Maybe we'll just do two sections of the map, one of the stairs and the other of just the main part of the floor, along with the Bowser corridor and Rec Room. But how can it be shown that the stairs are part of the other area? If not, maybe a slower animation might be sufficient. For example giving animation to the image on the left suited it best. Otherwise it would've been a mess of floors.

What about now YoshiKong is it better??? huhhh?
I've read the comment and i've reuploaded a static image (In GIF extension; can be solved later) Huh what's your opinion?

- It's on the right track, but maybe there could be an alternative to a transparent floor? I'll think about that one. Also about the flooring beyond the basement stairs, is it legit? I couldn't find that section in the game files. Did you make that bit yourself? o_0
- Shokora (talk · edits) 07:56, 14 December 2012 (EST)
- I just made the transparent myself but can I ask you for a favor? could you please simplify your English? English is not my language! for ex i can't understand "legit" word

Sorry. What I meant was, the parts of the map under the floor (past the Basement door), is that a real part of the map, or did you make it?
Shokora (talk · edits) 06:55, 15 December 2012 (EST)
- It is a real part from the map. What I did is: I got the three frames of the animated image, I made the first and second frame 50% transparent, then i put them all on each other. What's your your opinion now??
