Cordian is the last high-ranked member of the Tiki Tak Tribe that Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong meet in Donkey Kong Country Returns.

Cordian and his brethren are freed from imprisonment when the Donkey Kong Island Volcano erupts and by the order of its leader, Tiki Tong, they start collecting all of the bananas from the island for use in their evil plot, including DK's precious Banana Hoard. After this occurred, Cordian took control of the factory area of the island and was in charge in the creation of the tikis. After Cordian's siblings were defeated, the Kongs discover the factory.

After navigating through the massive area, the Kongs reach Cordian and meet Colonel Pluck and his Stompybot 3000. Knowing what the apes are up to, it took control of Colonel Pluck and used him to attack the Kongs resulting in battle. After destroying the Stompybot 3000 and defeating Colonel Pluck, Cordian came out of him and Donkey Kong sent it soaring through the skies.

The evil tiki later appears during the final boss fight, along with the other eight Tiki leaders and transforms into one of Tiki Tong's hands so it can be used to fight the two apes. It is destroyed, however, during battle.
